Testing new ffmpeg settings

All right so I'm testing the new audio encoder settings right now I've upped the quality level from 7 to 5 I did not notice a difference for spoken audio between four and seven but for MP3 encoding four is supposed to be imperceptible five should be a pretty high-quality setting lower is better also I've removed the loud norm plug-in which seem to be amplifying silence when it did audio level normalization I remove that plug-in because it duplicated the smarter plug-in which is FS and Peg normalization so there should be no perceivable changes oh I shorten the fade in the window in the beginning of the file from one second to .3
